Our client needed additional space to accommodate their growing family, including an extra bedroom with an en-suite, as well as a larger kitchen and a utility room. To meet these requirements, we began by demolishing the existing lean-to extension. In its place, we constructed a modern and spacious two-storey extension designed to blend seamlessly with the existing property.
The ground floor now features a much larger kitchen and a practical utility room, providing improved functionality for daily living. Upstairs, the new bedroom with its private en-suite offers the perfect solution for the expanding family.
The entire project, including kitchen fitting and decorating, was completed within just 8 weeks. Despite the ambitious timeline, every aspect of the build was delivered to the highest standard, leaving the clients delighted with their transformed home.
