We converted a former estate agent property on Lansdown into two one-bedroom apartments. The aim was to make the most of the space and create modern, self-contained living areas.
The conversion included refurbishing the building and optimising the layout to include a kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom in each apartment. Work was carried out to ensure the apartments met all necessary standards and regulations while maximising the use of the available space.
